Month Seven: Rest Easy

This month, POP is talking rest! These video sessions are designed to:

• Support you as you model rest for your preschooler by recognizing and meeting your own need for downtime

• Encourage you to honor and "make room for rest" using things you already have around the house

• Help you to draw rest near with invocations...and don't worry, you probably already do!

You can find the videos below. As always, please know that the practices and rituals included in these videos are entirely optional! Use them if you think they’d be helpful to you, or save them for later if they’re not a good fit for your life right now.
